Redeem Blue Lotus Spa Gift Card

Blue Lotus Spa Gift Cards are redeemable for any Blue Lotus Spa services of equal value. Blue Lotus Spa Gift Cards must be presented at the time of redemption. All gift card purchases cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not refundable and their resale is prohibited.

We accept Visa/ Master/Amex card and Cash.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax. Application of sales tax may be subject to change. 6.35% sales tax as required by law is not inclusive.

Changes

Prices and services are subject to change.

Shipping

Free Shipping on All Gift Card orders within the continental US may require a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days after shipping depending on the region. Order processing takes place from Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Blue Lotus Spa orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

We are not held accountable for lost and stolen Gift Cards.

Appointment

Ensuring prompt service appointments is always desirable but walk-ins are also gladly accepted. For an individual appointment, on-time arrival is appreciated, and for group appointments, we suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the appointments to take advantage of all amenities.

Cancellation

We understand that it may be necessary to re-schedule appointments.

Please inform us 24 hours in advance if you need to either change or cancel the reservations. In addition, please be advised that you will be charged the full amount of the reserved services to your credit card in the event of non-appearance. For all parties you must notify us 3 days before the actual reservation date for any cancellations or you will forfeit your deposit.

Gratuities

If you were happy with the services provided, it is customary to give 15 – 20% gratuity to your therapists or estheticians, and nail technicians All gratuities are to be in cash directly to individual technicians, therapists, and estheticians.

Party Deposit

For all parties(5 PPL or more) booked at Blue Lotus, a 50% deposit will be required in order to reserve the time & space at the time of booking. Please refer to our Cancellation policy before booking.
